The Lava Center

The Lake Added Value Agricultural Center, or LAVA Center, is dedicated to providing services and a facility to add value to the agricultural products of Lake County and surrounding areas. We provide value by processing fruits and vegetables that are not sold fresh at market into tasty treats such as jams, sauces and salsas. These products allow the farmers to sell more of their harvest and provide items that can be sold and used year-round for gifts, mementos for visitors, and a great addition to your home pantry. All of the products are made with natural ingredients from our area. You can find these specialty foods at Farmer’s Markets, Teo’s and other locations around Clear Lake.
